Pizza is that one thing that serves joy to anyone’s face no matter what age. Until you pay a heap load of money for that Pizza.
It costs real low when prepared at home with fresh home-made dough. All you need is fresh Pizza dough, fresh ingredients & don’t forget to get Veeba Pizza Sauce along.
Steps for Awesome Pizza at Home:
1. Make your own pizza dough.
All our mothers have said to make the high priced food from the restaurant at home at a very low price. And they are not even wrong. Yes! You can prepare the Pizza dough at home.
While the rise time on most of these is relatively short, you can mix the dough the night or morning before and let the dough rise slowly all day. Be sure to bring the dough to room temperature for an hour before shaping.
The favorite method for shaping the pizza is to roll the dough onto a piece of parchment paper or Aluminium foil. The dough sticks to the paper, making it simpler to work with and easier to transfer into the oven. The pizza will loosen from the parchment during cooking and the parchment can be removed halfway through cooking. The parchment gets darken in the oven but doesn’t burn or catch fire.
2. Have the Toppings & Sauce Elementary
Everyone’s way of cooking a red sauce is different and changes hand to hand but, to tell you the truth. No-Cook blender sauce is better than any of the other options & with Veeba pizza topping it’s the best.
There is no compulsion about the kind of toppings to put on your Pizza. Choose the ones you love. They will cook a little in the oven, but if it isn’t something you like to eat raw, like sausage or mushrooms, cook them ahead of time.
If you’d like fresh greens or herbs (like arugula or basil) on your pizza, sprinkle them over the pizza right when it comes out of the oven.
The residual heat from the pizza will wilt the greens just slightly and bring out their flavour.
It’s best, though, to keep the toppings to just a handful at most. If you cover homemade pizza down with a ton of toppings, it may take too long for the crust to cook.
3. Bake it Hot
The best part of making Pizza is to bake it. Crank the heat up to its highest setting and don’t worry it will not burn. The raised heat will help make a crunchier and more delicious crust. Before baking your pizzas let the oven heat for at least half an hour. If you have a baking stone or steel, put it in the lower-middle of your oven. Though baking on parchment paper/Aluminium foil will make loading and unloading the pizza from the oven easier, you can also use flour or cornmeal to keep the pizza from sticking to a pizza peel or additional inverted baking sheet for building the pizza on.
P.S. Use Veeba Pizza topping and sauce, you’ll get the best of the delectable taste onto your taste buds making your foodie soul satisfied.
